The cookies were absolutely delicious and they lasted a while. Highly recommended.

Bought it for my son, unfortunately some delay in receiving it, but he says the cookies are really yummy!

I have made 2 orders so far: the Aurora Pack and the Sundown Pack. Both were amazing! It's a little pricy, but each cookie is quite heavy, and delicious, so considering how much you get in one box, it's really worth it as a treat every once in a while.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there is not yet the flexibility to create your own box. Pushing for that Mix&Match option! Otherwise brilliant service, love all the themed packaging, and some of the best cookies I have ever had.
Personal favourite: The Red Velvet. Triple Chocolate Ganache and Biscoff can tie for 2nd, so far.
Next on the list: The Phoenix Pack! (because Cookies&Cream, but then I don't get to have my Red Velvet, see what I mean about a Mix&Match? *cheeky side glance*)

These cookies are delicious. Ordering them was easy and they arrived quickly. I was able to freeze some and they were scrumptious when I ate them at a later date too! I also gave some to friends who raved about them.

Update - I did get a response from customer service after chasing and they were helpful and rectified the situation for me with a replacement.
Had egg shell in my cookie and no response at all from customer service. Such a shame as not my first order and the cookies are good but this really ruined it! Ultimate let down wouldn’t mind about the shell these things happen but the lack of customer care and no resolution will prevent me from ordering again

Never had a problem, ordered 4 times from arrival now and it’s been perfect service every time. They arrive fast and taste amazing will be ordering again and again. Keep up the amazing work!

I don’t get the bad reviews. I am obsessed with cookies and I am on the hunt for the best cookies around and whilst I also love Ben’s Cookies, I honestly think these are miles better. I haven’t eaten them cold, maybe that’s where the other reviews have gone wrong? I heat mine in the oven for about 5 mins and they’re just absolutely delish. Soft, gooey and all round perfect. If they weren’t so expensive and bad for me I would buy them a lot more often but as a treat every now and then makes them all the more special!

Never felt compelled to leave a review for anything before, but I received some of these as a present and hate that my friend got ripped off. Arrival are going very heavy on their FB advertising, but the cookies aren't at all like they are on the adverts, and they're certainly not gooey or cookie-like.
I agree with other reviews - they just really don't taste nice. I would say they're actively unpleasant. They taste very processed at best, not sure what they're made out of. They're sort of claggy but somehow also dry on the inside - I guess thick, wet crumbs would be the best way to describe them, they're very weird - even when you've put them in the microwave. They're so hard to describe, but such a weird, unpleasant texture.
The adverts are also misleading with the fillings; there was less than a teaspoon of Nutella in the Nutella ones (and the Nutella was genuinely the only nice part of the cookie, wish my friend had just bought a tub of that - would've been *much* cheaper and *much* nicer too!). As a side note, the Biscoff ones were vile, no idea what they've done to them.
My friend has tried repeatedly to contact them and like other reviewers I too have had my comments on social media ignored and deleted and have witnessed a lot of other negative comments mysteriously disappear too, especially on their adverts. Arrival are very quick to take people's money, but absolutely fine with ignoring all their customers when orders go missing or there are any issues whatsoever, and absolutely fine just deleting queries or negative comments on social media when their Customer Service fails to respond.
If we're all honest the cookies are horrendously overpriced to begin with, but when they taste so horrible you can't help but feel entirely ripped off.
Anyway, find their constant deleting of any negative comments on social media and just ignoring of any complaints extremely dodgy.
